We offer a variety of study opportunities for adults throughout the week. There are two adult classes on Sunday mornings at 9:30 a.m., one focusing on Biblical study and the other on Christian life application.  Particular classes generally last only a few weeks each to facilitate new people getting involved throughout the year. There are weekly men's and women’s study groups: the men meet on Thursday mornings at (6:30a.m.) and the women on Thursday evenings (5:30 p.m.) and Friday mornings (9:00 a.m.) There are also several small groups (for men & women, singles & couples) which meet in homes for study, prayer and fellowship. During Lent, we have Soup and Bread Suppers on Wednesday evenings (5:30 p.m.), followed by directed small group discussions.

The Outreach and Fellowship Committee welcomes our new friends and members into the family atmosphere at First Presbyterian through a variety of activities. Small group studies encourage spiritual growth in more personal settings. Those interested in pursuing activities in the great outdoors may join the POPs or Presbyterian Outdoor Pursuits group.  Sometimes we get together to take in a High School play, share dinner at potlucks, or go for a hayride together. The annual church retreat and new member dinners are special gathering times.  All adults are welcomed and encouraged to join us.  Childcare is available on request.  The bulletin and newsletter lists opportunities to have a great time with us.
