On Christmas Eve- this year it’s Wednesday December 24- the median along East Third Avenue will be lined with luminaria, a traditional holiday decoration in the Southwest. This BNA-sponsored event is made possible each year by volunteers. Participating is a great way to meet neighbors and create a memorable holiday experience.
