Good day, Adventurers!
Presbyterian Outdoor Pursuits has decided on another adventure in Sand Canyon. SC is located W / SW of Cortez in the Canyons of the Ancients National Monument. There are a couple of Trailheads, so we should meet at FPC to carpool at 9:00 AM on 3/21. There are several different trails to check out, anywhere from 1/2 mile to 5 miles with some climbing depending on which loop we pick. Lots of interesting lands to hike and discover. Some Ancestral Dwellings are located around the trails, so we will see some on whatever trail we choose.
